We had already taken it in twice to diagnose a small oil leak. As it turns out, this location has a big staff of diesel mechanics (a rarity), and they were able to 1. squeeze us in 2. correctly diagnose the problem 3. fix it within a couple of hours, since we're only in town for a few days. All of this was accomplished with pleasant attitudes and friendly service, from mechanics to the service advisor. Dealing with service issues for our work truck is often a hassle. I used to do a lot of offroading. The adaptive headlights would have been a great addition to my 4x4. Adaptive headlights and BLIS are the most useful features for my purposes, but I can see where the back up features can also come in handy.
