After 30 years as the Senior designer of Mercedes-Benz, Bruno Sacco has been admitted in to the Automotive Hall of Fame in Dearborn, Mi.

Sense 1975 when he took over the styling department, Mr Sacco developed the design philosophy that marked Mercedes unique design and has made each new model unmistakably a Mercedes-Benz. Some of the notable designs were the R-129 series or Mercedes-Benz SL and the S-Class W 140 series.

In March of 1999 Mr. Sacco retired turning over the reins to Peter Pfeiffer.
