Redding Kool April Nites 2008

Once again the guys at Kool April Nites put on an awesome show! Just about every Classic, Vintage, Antique car and truck you can imagine was there. As usual there was also a large showing of highly modified cars and trucks.

The weather was great this year, no clouds, not too cool, for the entire event. We showed up for the cruse and the main show on Saturday and took a ton of shots of some great cars and trucks. Don’t forget to stop by our 2008 Kool April Nites gallery.

We also got to attend the Friday night concert with Pa Pa Do Run Run. I got my first album of theirs about 25 years ago, but it was interesting to find out at the concert that they have been playing for 40 years. One member of the band played with the Beach Boys for 10 years another for 20. Kind of explains why they have the music down pat!

Another interesting fact about Pa Pa Do Run Run is that one of the members played with Frankie Valli, and did a great job singing “Sherry”. Well worth the price of admission, and it’s one of the few concerts you can bring your younger children with you.
